Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of winzionz.com and any related games, apps, and services (the “Service”) operated by WinZionz Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2) Social-casino / no real-money gambling
- The Service is provided for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling.
- Virtual coins, credits, chips, and similar items (“Virtual Items”) have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be exchanged for any prize of real-world value.
- Gameplay outcomes do not imply or guarantee future success in any gambling activity.
3) Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4) Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/scripts, or attempt to manipulate outcomes.
- Do not interfere with the Service (e.g., hacking, scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited, or introducing malware).
- Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or infringe anyone’s rights.
5) Virtual Items and purchases
We may offer free Virtual Items and may also offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Virtual Items within the Service only. Virtual Items may be modified, rebalanced, or removed at any time. All sales are final to the extent permitted by law, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
6) Intellectual property
The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
7) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service and any Virtual Items ends.
8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or special losses (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill). Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of NZD $50 or the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.
10) Disputes, process, and governing law
If you have a concern, contact us first and we’ll try to resolve it promptly. If we can’t resolve a dispute, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
