Age Verification Policy

WinZionz Limited operates an 18+ age gate. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use restricted areas, create an account, or place any orders where age is relevant. If you are under 18, you must not use those parts of the site.

1) How the 18+ gate works

• Age declaration: we may ask you to confirm your date of birth or confirm you are 18+ before continuing.
• Account controls: some features may require login and a verified date of birth.
• Restricted access: if you indicate you are under 18 (or we believe you may be), we may block access to restricted content/features.

2) How age may be verified

We do not guarantee verification in every case. Where appropriate (including to meet legal/contractual obligations, manage risk, or investigate suspected misuse), we may take additional steps such as:

• requesting proof of age (e.g., government-issued ID) and checking that it appears valid;
• asking for additional information to confirm identity and age (e.g., name, date of birth, address);
• using third-party checks or signals (e.g., payment method/account signals) where available;
• reviewing account activity for inconsistencies suggesting a user may be under 18.

3) If we cannot verify age / suspected underage use

• We may pause or limit access, decline a transaction, or restrict features until age is confirmed.
• We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is used by someone under 18 or if false information was provided.
• Any stored value, benefits, or access may be forfeited where permitted by law and our terms.

4) Your obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful age/date-of-birth information and keep it up to date.
• Do not help anyone under 18 access restricted parts of the site (including by sharing accounts/devices).
• Respond promptly to reasonable requests for proof of age.

5) Guidance for parents/guardians

If you are a parent/guardian, consider using device and platform controls to help prevent underage access, such as:

• enabling Screen Time/Family controls on iOS/iPadOS or parental controls on Android;
• setting app-store purchase/age restrictions and requiring a passcode for installs;
• using user profiles, content filters, and browser restrictions on shared devices.

6) Data handling

If we collect information for age checks, we use it to verify eligibility, help prevent misuse, and comply with applicable requirements. We keep it only as long as necessary for these purposes and as required/allowed by law. We may redact or minimise copies of documents where feasible.

7) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
